Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Product Availability
While we aim to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, there may occasionally be instances where a product becomes temporarily unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed.
If this occurs, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, which may include:
- Waiting for the item to be restocked
- Substituting the product (where appropriate)
- A refund for the unavailable item

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Australia.
This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not include express shipping services.
Please note that furniture, bulky items, and products weighing over 8kg are excluded from free shipping due to freight requirements. These items will incur a separate shipping charge calculated at checkout or quoted separately where applicable.
Where an order contains both standard items and bulky or furniture items, shipping charges may still apply to the bulky items.
If express shipping is selected at checkout, the applicable express shipping fee will apply.

Salon Furniture & Large Equipment
Salon furniture and large equipment items require specialized freight transport due to their size, weight and packaging requirements. They may also require more time frame to process 2-3 business days.
These items may include, but are not limited to:
- Salon chairs
- Barber chairs
- Wash basins
- Treatment beds
- Large salon equipment
Shipping for furniture and oversized items may differ from standard parcel delivery and may require pallet freight or specialized courier services.
In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
If freight costs differ from the shipping amount displayed at checkout, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping charges before dispatch.
Furniture deliveries are typically curbside or ground floor delivery only, depending on the courier service used.
