Do you ship Australia-wide?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 AUD (after discounts) on eligible items within Australia.
Please note:
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only
- Bulky, oversized, or heavy items (typically over 5kg or marked as bulky) are excluded
- Furniture and specialised freight items are excluded
- Some remote and regional areas may incur additional shipping charges
If express shipping is selected at checkout, the applicable express shipping fee will apply.
If your order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, shipping charges will apply to the items that do not qualify.
Why isn’t my order eligible for free shipping?
Some products are classified as bulky or heavy due to their size, weight or handling requirements.
These items are not eligible for free shipping, even if your order exceeds $149.

Do you ship to WA and NT?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide.
Customers located in WA, NT and some regional areas may incur higher shipping rates due to carrier limitations.

Do you offer express shipping?

Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Superior Salon Supplies offers trade pricing for approved industry professionals.
Salon owners, barbers, beauty therapists and other qualified professionals can apply for a Trade Pro Account to access exclusive pricing and wholesale benefits.
Applicants will be required to provide:
• A valid ABN
• Relevant industry certification or qualification
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive access to trade pricing and tiered discounts through your account.
Why should I apply for a Trade Pro Account?
A Trade Pro Account provides verified industry professionals with access to exclusive trade pricing, wholesale discounts and professional-use products that may not be available to general retail customers.
Trade Pro members may also receive access to bulk purchasing options, professional product ranges and industry-focused promotions.
Applications are free and typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
How do I apply for a Trade Pro Account?
Industry professionals can apply for a Trade Pro Account directly through our website.
To apply, simply select the Trade Pro Account option and complete the application form. You will be asked to provide your ABN and relevant industry credentials for verification.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your application to be reviewed and approved.
Superior Salon Supplies reserves the right to approve or decline Trade Pro Account applications at its discretion.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
While we aim to keep our inventory accurate, there may occasionally be situations where a product becomes temporarily unavailable.
If this occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, which may include waiting for restock, substituting the product, or issuing a refund.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of many of the products we supply, Superior Salon Supplies does not accept returns for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
However, if a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How are salon furniture and large equipment items shipped?
Salon furniture and large equipment items require specialised freight shipping due to their size and weight.
These items may be delivered using pallet freight or specialised couriers and may require curbside or ground floor delivery.
