At Superior Salon Supplies, we take pride in supplying high-quality professional salon, barber and beauty products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind
Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of many of the products we supply, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess and assist promptly.
To assist with your claim, we may request photos or additional information.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:
- Is faulty
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description provided
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Superior Salon Supplies will cover the cost of return shipping where applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

- A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
