To access wholesale pricing and trade-exclusive deals, you'll first need to submit a Trade Professional application for manual approval.

Step 1 — Complete the Trade Application

Complete the application form below with your business details and upload proof of qualification and/or business registration.

Important: Trade applications must include proof of qualification and/or valid business registration details. Applications submitted without supporting documentation may be delayed or declined.

Accepted Documents Include:

• Certificate III or IV in Beauty Services, Nail Technology, or a related industry qualification
• Current ABN registration or business registration details
• Relevant industry membership, accreditation, or professional certification

What Happens Next?

All trade applications are reviewed manually by our team to help maintain the integrity of our professional trade program.

You'll receive an email notification once your application has been approved. While many applications are processed within 24 hours, please allow 1–3 business days for review.

Once approved, wholesale pricing and access to our Trade Hub will become visible when you are logged into your account.
