Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer

While we aim to keep inventory accurate, there may occasionally be instances where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, including:
- Waiting for restock
- Suitable product substitution (where appropriate)
- A full refund

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 AUD (after discounts) on eligible items within Australia.
Please note:
- Applies to standard shipping only
- Excludes bulky, oversized, or heavy items
- Excludes items marked as bulky
- Some remote and regional areas may incur additional shipping charges

Free shipping does not apply to:
- Bulky, oversized, or heavy items (typically over 5kg or marked as bulky)
- Items requiring specialised freight or handling
- Orders where shipping costs exceed standard carrier limits
Where an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, shipping charges will apply to the items that do not qualify.

Bulky, oversized, or heavy items require specialised shipping due to their size, weight, or handling requirements.
These may include:
- Wax heaters
- Large equipment
- Bulk liquids (e.g. 5L containers)
- Salon furniture (when introduced)

- These items are not eligible for free shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed after purchase
- Rates may differ from standard shipping pricing
⚠️ Flammable & Restricted Items
Certain products (such as acetone or isopropyl alcohol) are classified as flammable or restricted goods.
- These items may not be eligible for express shipping
- Shipping options may be limited depending on carrier requirements
📍 Remote & Regional Areas
Customers located in WA, NT and some regional areas may incur higher shipping rates due to carrier limitations.
All applicable shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where possible.

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on the products ordered.
Shipping charges may apply separately based on product type, size, and shipping requirements.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
Any additional redelivery fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
