Change of Mind

Due to the professional and hygiene nature of many of the products we supply, Superior Salon Supplies does not accept returns for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist.

Where required, we may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

  • is faulty

  • is not of acceptable quality

  • does not match the description provided

  • is not fit for its intended purpose

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Superior Salon Supplies will cover the cost of return shipping where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received back to us and inspected, any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear in your account once processed.
